Q: I forgot my password. How do I recover my account?

If you've forgotten your hey77 password, send an email to support@hey77.net from your registered email address and include your registered Philippine mobile number. The support team will guide you through the identity verification process and assist with resetting access to your account. Do not create a new account while waiting — duplicate accounts may result in both being suspended.

Your hey77 account is your gateway to sports betting, live casino, eBingo, and online slots — all in Philippine Peso, available from your phone or browser anywhere in the Philippines. Log in below to pick up where you left off.

If you're logging in from a new device or browser, an OTP verification to your registered Philippine mobile number may be required. This is a standard security step that keeps your account protected even if your password is ever compromised.

Inside Your Account

Everything That's Waiting After You Log In

Your hey77 account is more than a login — it's your complete gaming hub. Here's a quick look at what you can do the moment you're in.

Sports Betting — PBA, NBA, and More

Once you're logged in, head to the Sports section to place bets on PBA basketball, international NBA fixtures, Philippine Volleyball League, boxing, football from European and Southeast Asian leagues, and esports titles popular among Filipino fans. All bets are placed and settled in Philippine Peso.

Full Game Lobby

The Game Lobby is fully accessible after login. Browse online slots, live casino tables with real dealers broadcasting in real time, eBingo rooms, and more. Whether you're on a quick break in Quezon City or relaxing at home in Cebu, the lobby is available on any device.

eBingo Rooms

Log in and go straight to the Bingo section to join live eBingo draws — one of the most popular gaming formats among Filipino players. Play multiple cards, follow live draw results, and participate in regular rooms without the need to visit a physical venue.

VIP Programme

Your VIP status and progress are tracked through your account. Consistent play on hey77 moves you up the VIP tiers, which comes with priority service and platform perks. Check your current standing and activity history any time from your logged-in account dashboard.

Promotions for Active Players

Logged-in accounts can view currently available Promotions from the Promotions section. Offers are communicated directly through your account. hey77 does not promise specific bonus values here — check the Promotions page after logging in to see what's active for your account at that time.

Deposits and Withdrawals in PHP

Manage your balance directly from your account. Visit the Deposit page to add funds via local bank transfer, InstaPay, or PESONet, and the Withdrawal page to request a payout to your verified Philippine bank account. All transactions are in Philippine Peso with no currency conversion involved.

Account Security

Keep Your hey77 Account Safe

hey77 uses SSL encryption and OTP-based login verification to protect your account at the platform level. But account security is a shared responsibility — here are practical steps that every Filipino player on hey77 should follow to avoid unauthorised access.

Use a strong, unique password

Avoid passwords based on your name, birthday, or simple sequences like 123456. Use at least eight characters with a mix of letters and numbers. Don't reuse the same password across other websites or apps.

Keep your registered mobile number active

Your Philippine mobile number is used for OTP verification during login and sensitive account actions. If you change your number, update it in your account settings promptly so you don't lose access to OTP delivery.

Avoid public Wi-Fi for account access

Public networks in malls, cafes, or transport hubs can expose your session to interception. If you need to log in while out, use your mobile data connection instead of shared Wi-Fi. Always log out after your session on shared devices.

Never share your credentials

hey77 support will never ask for your password via message, email, or phone. Do not share your login details with family, friends, or anyone claiming to help with your account. If you suspect your account is compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected].

Log out on shared or borrowed devices

If you've logged into hey77 on a device that isn't yours — a family member's tablet or a borrowed phone — always log out completely before returning the device. Saved sessions on shared devices are a common way accounts get accessed without permission.

Having Trouble Logging In?

Most login issues on hey77 can be resolved quickly. Below are the most common situations and what to do about each one.

Wrong password

Double-check that Caps Lock is off. Passwords on hey77 are case-sensitive. If you've forgotten your password entirely, contact the support team at [email protected] with your registered mobile number or email to initiate a reset.

OTP not arriving

Check that your Philippine mobile number has signal and is not set to block unknown senders. OTP messages are sent from a short code and may take up to 60 seconds to arrive. If the issue persists, try requesting a new OTP or contact support.

Account suspended or restricted

If your account is showing as suspended or restricted, this may be due to a pending KYC verification or a security review. Do not create a second account. Contact support at [email protected] to find out the status and what steps are needed.

Not registered yet

If you don't have a hey77 account yet, you won't be able to log in. Head to the Register page to create your free account. It takes about three minutes and is open to Filipino players aged 21 and above.

For any login issue not covered above, reach out to the hey77 support team directly: [email protected]. Include your registered mobile number or email address so the team can locate your account quickly.

FAQ

Login Questions Answered

You can log in to hey77 using either your registered Philippine mobile number or the email address you provided during registration. Both are linked to your account. If you're unsure which one you used, try the mobile number first since it's also used for OTP verification during the login process.

OTP verification may be triggered when you log in from a new device, a new browser, or a different IP location than usual. This is a security measure — not an error. It confirms that the person logging in actually has access to your registered Philippine mobile number. If you're logging in from your usual device and browser, OTP may not appear every session.

Yes, hey77 supports persistent sessions on mobile browsers, meaning you won't need to log in every time on your personal device. However, for security reasons, sessions may expire after extended inactivity or when a significant account action is detected. If you share your device with other people, it's a good habit to log out manually after each session to prevent unintended access to your account.

If you've forgotten your hey77 password, send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address and include your registered Philippine mobile number. The support team will guide you through the identity verification process and assist with resetting access to your account. Do not create a new account while waiting — duplicate accounts may result in both being suspended.

hey77 accounts are designed for individual use. Logging in from multiple devices simultaneously — for example, a phone and a laptop at the same time — may trigger additional security checks or session conflicts depending on the activity. If you notice unexpected logouts or security alerts, it may indicate that your credentials have been used on another device you don't recognise. Contact support immediately if this happens.

Yes. The hey77 website uses SSL (HTTPS) encryption across all pages, including the login page. This means your credentials are encrypted in transit whether you're on mobile data, home broadband, or Wi-Fi. Mobile data from your Philippine network provider is generally more secure than shared public Wi-Fi, which is why we recommend using your own data connection when logging in outside the house.
